~ Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup nut butter
- ½ cup local honey
- ½ cup your choice add in (pumpkin seeds, nuts, banana chips)
~ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 275 F and line baking pan with foil
- In a large bowl mix together mashed bananas, nut butter, and honey until smooth
- Add oats and your choice of add in. Stir together.
- Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet. Spread and flatten.
- Bake 60 minutes. Flip granola with spatula half way through.
- Allow granola to cool for 20 minutes then break into desired chunks
- Store in airtight container for up to two weeks.
