Chunky Monkey Granola

~ Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ½ cup local honey
  • ½ cup your choice add in (pumpkin seeds, nuts, banana chips)

~ Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 F and line baking pan with foil
  2. In a large bowl mix together mashed bananas, nut butter, and honey until smooth
  3. Add oats and your choice of add in. Stir together.
  4. Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet. Spread and flatten.
  5. Bake 60 minutes. Flip granola with spatula half way through.
  6. Allow granola to cool for 20 minutes then break into desired chunks
  7. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks.IMG_0337 IMG_0341
